Intentional Healing: Reclaim joy & connection
Life was meant to be savored, not just endured, stuck on autopilot, or bound by anxiety and panic. Yet instability and disconnection can burden the body and mind, hindering our ability to connect with ourselves and others.
I enjoy working with clients who want to feel more alive and at ease within themselves and more connected in their personal worlds. My clients often identify as creatives, empaths, or “out of the box” thinkers whose experiences have felt chaotic, unstable, or even traumatic. When traditional talk therapy has felt lacking or uninspiring, my passion lives in offering therapy that is creative, expressive, and gentle.
Instead of overemphasizing a “think positive” attitude, I offer an approach that emphasizes depth work and embodied practices. We'll explore the roots of your emotional pain, creating a space for all parts of you to be seen, validated, and unburdened. With compassion and collaboration, we'll work together to address both your mental and physical well-being.
I weave together modalities like Somatic Experiencing™, Attachment theory, mindfulness, Person-centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Theory, tailoring our work to your individual needs.
Consider this: When was the last time you felt truly like yourself? If this is important to you and what I’ve shared above resonates with you, I invite you to connect. We'll work on self-compassion, feeling safe in your body, and increasing connection where you need it most.
