My name is Trisha, and I help adults navigate life's roadblocks and reclaim the satisfaction they deserve. I’m especially passionate about working with women, high achievers, creatives, and fellow helping professionals. With fourteen years of experience, I've witnessed some remarkable transformations: people moving from feeling lost and alone to discovering deeper self-connection and creating lives they're truly proud of.

When I'm not helping others, I find joy in building a life filled with meaningful connections, delicious food, cozy mornings, and adventures in nature. My journey hasn't been without its hardships, but therapy has helped me rewrite my own narrative and find inner peace. I believe everyone deserves the same opportunity to create a life filled with joy and purpose.
Credentials:
I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi in 2012. I am a member of the Virginia Counseling Association. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Virginia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
