I enjoy online video therapy, which lets me meet some wonderful people! Whether you're busy, live far away, or like the convenience of healing from home, online counseling might be a good choice for you. Current clients can join the virtual waiting room through a private link I provide.

Is online counseling safe?

All counseling services are conducted securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. I currently use Simple Practice for video sessions and record-keeping. Online sessions can be accessed through a computer or smart device. The video software enables me to connect with clients in rural areas. Clients joining online therapy sessions enter a virtual waiting room at the scheduled time and can experience the benefits of therapy conveniently and comfortably. Is online counseling effective?

Online video counseling offers the same chance for people to heal, learn, and work on personal goals as in-person counseling. Before we begin, we'll figure out if online video counseling is right for you. It may not be suitable for everyone. 

Does insurance cover telehealth?

I’m a provider for Anthem/BCBS. Depending on your mental health coverage, your insurance may cover telehealth sessions.
