Your opportunity to create healing and wholeness.

Do you seek healing, peace, and wholeness through a better life and stronger sense of self?  If so, you're in the right place, and I'm glad you're here.

My name is Trisha McMillon, and as a professional counselor I provide individual and couple counseling for people who feel stuck and unsatisfied in life.  I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome problems related to shame, trauma, high functioning anxiety, relationship stress, depression, addiction, communication, divorce, loss and grief, and career indecisiveness.  My counseling practice offers clients a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment to express themselves without fear or judgment, whether in person or online.  Clients help themselves to complementary water or hot tea and then we spend therapy time working on emotional healing, growing away from unhelpful patterns, and learning self-love.

Most people who experience emotional health problems wait years before they take time for themselves to meet with a professional counselor. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or are struggling to be there for yourself and the people you love, give me a call or submit an inquiry form here.  Together, let's work on your wholeness.

My office is located in Mobile, AL near the I65 exit on Airport Boulevard, making it convenient for individuals commuting from Irvington, Theodore, Spanish Fort, Fairhope, and Daphne, AL.

Fortunately my counseling practice has been able to expand to offer online counseling for Alabama residents.  If your lifestyle or preference better fits online counseling, click here to learn more about how to get started. .
