Life should be enjoyed, but the space I hold for clients is not centered around a “positive vibes only” approach. Instability and disconnection can burden our mind and body. They can rob us of the opportunity to experience emotional freedom and the chance to connect with ourselves and the people we surround ourselves with. All people and all parts of themselves are welcome at my therapy practice. The therapy journey is a convergence of my professional training and your unique lived experiences. My counseling approach is holistic and focuses on understanding the roots of the emotional pain. Through an eclectic and compassion-centered lens, I work collaboratively with my clients on aspects related to both mind and body to create the healing they desire.
